Hi there!
I'm Lisa Mullaney, a British-born professional who moved to the U.S. in 2003 and became a U.S. citizen in 2019. With a background in both public and private sectors, I’ve spent over 20 years honing my expertise in customer service, including a significant tenure with the UK Government, where I developed a deep understanding of client relations and problem-solving.
In addition to my government work, I’ve spent two decades managing a CPA firm, overseeing operations, financial strategies, and client relations. For the past 10 years, I've also been the proud owner and manager of Stipendia, where I had the privilege of guiding the company through its growth and success in the industry.
When I’m not working, I’m busy being a mom of three (yes, it's as exciting as it sounds!). Balancing family, business, and everything in between has taught me the importance of efficiency, organization, and delivering results.
Whether it's managing complex payroll needs or providing thoughtful customer service, my goal is always the same: to offer clear, reliable, and top-notch solutions for every client.
